Emir Beyazörtü is a multidisciplinary professional with extensive experience in procurement, international trade and software quality assurance. He spent more than nine years working across the food and beverage, retail and FMCG sectors, managing complex supply chains, supplier relationships and cost-optimisation initiatives.

During his career, he managed procurement operations supporting more than 300 Starbucks locations at Alshaya Group, contributed to a 20% cost improvement for Shake Shack and oversaw a portfolio of more than 3,000 products at Real Hypermarkets. He later founded Gradezone Ltd, providing trade consultancy services between the United Kingdom and Türkiye and supporting businesses through compliance and certification processes.

Building on his analytical mindset and attention to detail, Emir transitioned into the technology sector and currently works as a Test Engineer Consultant at Akkodis UK. He specialises in manual and automated software testing, using tools and technologies including Playwright, Cucumber, Jenkins, Jira and Postman. His diverse career reflects his adaptability, problem-solving ability and commitment to delivering measurable results across different industries.
